The three regions: Grindelwald-First, Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen and Mürren-Schilthorn together offer a total of 213 km of ski runs ranging from fast to leisurely from six to twelve kilometres in length. A total of more than 40 percent of the ski runs are equipped with snow-making machines. Furthermore, with its countless toboggan runs, the region is a real paradise for tobogganing. Amongst them is the longest toboggan run in the Alps!

Grindelwald-First:

Over 60 km of prepared slopes and 40 km of winter footpaths and tobogganing runs coupled with a magnificent panorama of the north faces of the Bernese Alps distinguish the Grindelwald-First region. The "White Elements" snow park and the super pipe are very popular, as is the 30 limit ski slope, reserved specifically for slower skiers.

Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen:

The ski region with 110 km of slopes and 30 km of toboggan runs that lies right at the foot of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The world-famous Lauberhorn World Cup Downhill starts here and leads down to the Wengen over a distance of 4.2 km.

The ski region is reached by rack railway (Wengernalpbahn) from both Grindelwald and Wengen or by cableway (Grindelwald-Männlichen Gondola and Wengen-Männlichen cable car respectively).

Mürren-Schilthorn:

At an altitude between 1650 - 3000 metres above sea level, the Mürren-Schilthorn ski region is the highest in the Bernese Oberland and guarantees 54 km of ski slopes and top snow conditions well into the spring.

For skiers and snowboarders there's the "Im Rad" snow park in Mürren and for non-skiers there are winter footpaths and togoggan runs. To have a coffee whilst enjoying the view of 200 alpine summits in the rotating restaurant before doing the first run of the day is an absolute must!

The Mürren-Schilthorn ski region can be reached by cable car from Lauterbrunnen and Stechelberg. Mürren is situated in the middle of the ski area.
